Digital product and withdrawal
A Steam Wallet code is intangible digital content delivered immediately online. Where permitted, the withdrawal exception applies after the Buyer separately requests immediate delivery.
Mandatory rights for defective or invalid products remain unaffected.
Cancellation before delivery
An unpaid order may be cancelled. A paid but unrevealed code is reviewed. Eligible refunds are routed through OVGC to the original payment method.
Eligible cases
Replacement or a legally required refund may apply if a code was used before delivery, is verified invalid, payment was captured without delivery, the wrong product was supplied, or law requires it.
Non-refundable cases
No refund or exchange is provided for a correct valid code that was revealed, used, shared or redeemed on the wrong Steam account.
Claims and evidence
Send the order number, error screen and evidence to support@epinwallet.com within 24 hours.
Refund method
Approved refunds are requested through OVGC to the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting times are outside EpinWallet’s control.
