Controller: EpinWallet — Çeşme, İzmir, Türkiye (gerçek ödeme henüz yapılandırılmadı). Privacy requests: support@epinwallet.com. OVGC may be a separate controller for its payment activities.
Data categories
Name, email, order/product/transaction data, IP/device security data, delivery events, support messages and submitted evidence may be processed.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to perform the contract, comply with law, protect legal claims and pursue legitimate interests in payment verification and fraud prevention.
Sharing
Necessary data may be shared with OVGC and authorised payment, hosting, fraud prevention and support providers, and authorities where required.
Card data
Full card number, CVV and expiry are not processed or stored on EpinWallet servers.
Retention and security
Data is retained for relevant purposes and statutory periods. Encryption, access control, TLS and least privilege are used.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and complain to the competent authority.
