Delivery method
Codes are digital only and unlock on the protected order screen after OVGC’s successful payment event is verified.
Delivery time
Target time is five minutes. Fraud, sanctions, KYC/compliance or technical review may take longer.
Delivery evidence
Order number, transaction ID, reveal time and technical delivery records may be retained for disputes and fraud prevention.
Delivery issues
Do not pay twice. Contact support@epinwallet.com with the order number if a code does not appear after successful payment.
